Est. Palisade, Colorado · Grand Valley AVA
Every Bottle
Tells the
Story of
This Soil.
At the edge of the Grand Valley, where the Colorado River carves through ancient limestone, Saint Kathryn's cultivates wines that carry the unmistakable character of place — bold, balanced, and deeply rooted.
Our Story
Rooted in the
Rocky Mountain
Foothills
Saint Kathryn's Winery was born from a conviction that Colorado's Grand Valley — with its high desert sun, limestone-rich soils, and dramatic temperature swings — produces wines unlike any other region in the West.
Since 2008, we've tended our estate vines on Elberta Ave, nurturing each cluster by hand and fermenting in small batches so every bottle reflects the exact conditions of that growing season. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just honest wine from honest ground.
Today, our 12 varietals — from structured Cabernets to bright Colorado Rieslings — are celebrated throughout the Grand Valley AVA and beyond, yet we remain a family operation, welcoming every guest as if they were visiting our table.
"Wine is the poetry of the land."
The Collection
Our Estate
Varietals
Each wine is crafted from estate-grown fruit, fermented in small lots, and aged in French oak — revealing the distinct character of our Grand Valley terroir.

Syrah Reserve
Dark cherry, smoked violet, and black pepper with a velvety finish. Our flagship, aged 18 months in French oak.
White · Estate
Riesling Gold
Apricot, honeysuckle, and a whisper of petrol — crisp acidity balanced by a hint of residual sweetness.
Red · Limited
Cabernet Franc
Raspberrry, cedar, and graphite. Structured yet approachable — a wine built for patience and celebration.
Rosé · Seasonal
Palisade Rosé
Fresh strawberry, watermelon, and citrus zest. Dry, refreshing, and made for Colorado evenings on the terrace.

Black plum, dark chocolate, and a hint of vanilla. Luxuriously smooth with a long, warming finish.

Chardonnay Reserve
Baked apple, toasted hazelnut, and a touch of butterscotch. Full-bodied with remarkable mineral complexity.
